BILLING FAQ
Q: When will I be billed?
A: Billing happens for the month, at the end of the month. For example, your January bill will be sent at the beginning of February.
Q: What happens if I don't pay my bill?
A: Accounts that fall behind may be subject to service interruption. We'll always try to reach out before taking further action.
Q: How do I pay my bill?
A: You can pay online through our trash billing site, set up Auto-pay, or pay with a check.
Q: Do you charge late fees?
A: Yes -- late fees may apply to overdue accounts. You can avoid this by enrolling in auto-pay. You can call the office or click the link in the billing email you receive at the beginning of the month.
