PICKUPS & BULK ITEM FAQ
Q: How much trash can I put out?
A: Your service includes your tote(s). If you occasionally have extra bags, we'll usually take them -- just call ahead if it's going to be more than normal.
Q: Do we offer driveway/garage pickup services?
A: Yes! Driveway service is available for an additional fee. Please note: this may be limited during Winter for safety concerns.
Q: Do we offer bulk item pickup?
A: Yes! We can take larger items like furniture or mattresses -- just call ahead to schedule and get pricing.
Q: Do I need to separate recycling?
A: No -- Commingle (single-stream) recycling means everything goes into one tote! Please note: It is separate from your trash tote.
Q: Are there any items that are not allowed in my trash?
A: We cannot take:

Hazardous Waste (paint, oil & oil filters, household chemicals)

Batteries
-
Green Waste (trees, bushes, etc.)

Concrete, stone or brick

Plastic piping & metal longer than six (6) feet
Q: Can I put out extra trash?
A: Of course! Let us know ahead of time if it's more than usual so we can plan accordingly.
Q: Can I put out construction debris?
A: Small amounts may be okay, but larger jobs require a dumpster rental. We offer 10, 15, 20, & 30 yard roll-offs.
