Meet the Blogger: Talking Trash -- Tastefully | Delmolino & Sons Trash Removal

Hi! My name is Rachael -- one of the faces behind the Delmolino & Sons blog!
Even though I'm new to the Delmolino & Sons team, I've grown up in the area and share a lot of the values with the company. Family is very important to me and as a company that founded on just that -- I knew this was the place I needed to be.
The idea of being able to start a blog to be able to connect with the people we provide service to, sounded really fun and like a great way to be able to offer more information that could be useful/helpful to readers! I want to really dive deeper into the behind-the-scenes of what our drivers do and share with you some things we do in the office that you might not have known about. From reading about clean-up tips to employee shout-outs, from weekly recaps to upgraded/new services, I want our community to be in-the-loop and this blog seemed to be the best way to do that.
When I'm not "trash talking", I'm either reading, taking photographs or spending time with my husband and two kids. They are my whole world and what makes me continue to work hard at whatever I do. My family has lived in the North Adams/Southern Vermont area for a long time and the Berkshires is a beautiful place to enjoy the things I love -- hence why we bought our home at the end of 2024 in the heart of it!
