We follow Commingle (or Single-Stream) recycling guidelines -- meaning it all gets put together into one tote and is not bagged. However, anything that held food or liquid should be rinsed well. You don't need to make them spotless, but no food residue should be remaining. Following this habit can help reduce pest attraction & contaminating paper and cardboard.
