Q: What is included in my service?
A: We offer weekly or bi-weekly trash & recycling pickups.
Q: What time should I put out me trash & recycling?
A: All trash & recycling should be curbside by 7 am on your service day.
Q: What happens if my tote(s) get damaged?
A: Call us at 413-743-5397 to get it repaired or replaced.
Q: What if I need to pause my service?
A: Contact us and we can work with you on temporary adjustments.
Q: What day is my pickup?
A: Your pickup is based on your location. Call or Text our office at 413-743-5397 for your schedule!
Q: Do I need to use Delmolino & Sons totes?
A: Yes, using one of our totes keeps routes efficient, prevents litter, and protects against animals.
Q: What if I forget to put my trash out?
A: Give us a call! If we are still in the area, we can try to swing back. Otherwise, we will get it the next time we are in your service area.
