Q: What happens if there is a holiday?

A: If your pickup falls on either Christmas or New Year's, your service will be delayed by one day.

Q: What should I do with my totes in the Winter?

A: Please make sure driveways are clear of any snow or ice & totes are accessible. 

Q: What happens if there is bad weather?

A: In cases of severe weather, delays may occur. We'll post on our Facebook page and update our voicemail of any necessary changes. We always do our best to catch up as quickly as possible!
