Service request forms

Our trash, roll-off and septic request forms ask for contact details and a service address, along with information needed for the requested service. Depending on the form, this may include your preferred date, selected plan, additional totes, rental days, disposal items, tank size or property access details.

The trash service, roll-off rental and septic pumping request forms send your entered details and selected service estimate to Formspree, our form-processing provider, for storage and delivery to our office. Formspree also processes technical information for submission handling and spam protection. See Formspree’s privacy policy. Our office uses your request to review availability and respond; submission does not confirm service. Information entered is also used in your browser to calculate estimates.

Email and phone inquiries

Phone and email links use your device’s calling or email applications. When you send a request or contact our office, your message passes through those services and is received by our office to review your inquiry and respond. Tank plans can be emailed separately; the septic form does not upload files.

Job applications

When you submit an online job application, we collect the contact details, work interests, availability, experience and any résumé you choose to provide. Applications and attachments are processed through Formspree and made available to our team to review your interest and contact you. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, banking details or identity documents. Contact our office with questions about your application information.

Online payments

Online billing and payments take place on TrashBilling’s external website. This website does not ask you to enter payment-card or bank details in its service request forms. Information entered on the billing website is handled under that service’s practices.

Website chat

The chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. When you use chat, messages and any contact details you share are handled through Tawk.to and made available to our office staff. The widget may process technical visitor information and use cookies or similar technologies.

See Tawk.to’s privacy policy for its practices. Automated answers and office-staff availability depend on the chat configuration; chat does not confirm an appointment.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how people find and use our website and how our ads perform. These tools use cookies, which are on by default. You can turn them off anytime with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you haven't made a choice, we treat it as a decline.

We do not use advertising retargeting or ad personalization. Measurement records the pages visited and, for ads, which campaign brought you here. It never includes the name, email address, phone number, service address or message you enter in our forms. When you tap our phone number, we record only that a call link was tapped and where on the page it was.

Declining doesn't affect our request forms or chat. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and page requests, in server logs.

Links to maps, Facebook, Rolli-Skates and other outside resources take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. The recycling calendar images and blog articles on this website are hosted as part of this website.
