Tell us about your property.

Your town

We can serve most area towns. Our office confirms availability for your address.

Tank size

Pricing depends on tank size and town. Not sure of the size? Choose “Unsure” on the request form.

Residential or commercial

We pump tanks at both homes and commercial properties. Let us know which applies.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Let’s plan tank access.

If we do not have your tank map on file, the covers need to be exposed or tank plans need to be sent to our office before service. Contact us to confirm the arrangements for your property.

Digging has an additional charge. Tell our office if you need help exposing the covers so we can discuss the work and cost.

Email tank plans to our office

What we don't do

We don't perform Title 5 inspections — for those, contact Matt Zieminski at B&B Quality Construction, (413) 358-5993. We also don't install or replace septic systems; we pump and maintain them.

Septic pumping questions

What if I do not know my tank size?

Select “Unsure of tank size” in the request form. Our office will help confirm the information needed for a quote.

Do you pump commercial tanks?

Yes. Select commercial property and share the tank and access details with our office.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on your town and tank size. The form shows 2026 estimates for listed 1,000- and 1,500-gallon tanks. Other sizes and unknown sizes require an office quote. Digging is additional.

Do the covers need to be exposed?

If we do not have your map on file, expose the covers or send tank plans to our office. Confirm preparation with us before the appointment. Additional charges apply for digging.
